Across two decades and three countries, one pattern holds: I create the structures that let work happen — designing funded programmes, coordinating partners and stakeholders, and turning ambitious ideas into delivered outcomes.
I have founded and run an independent institution, led UN- and USAID-funded projects, built research culture inside a university, and facilitated public engagement with audiences ranging from postgraduate researchers to reindeer-herding communities in Mongolia’s far north. My work sits where education, research, and social development meet.
What I bring is a rare combination: rigorous academic training, hands-on delivery in complex and resource-constrained settings, and the cross-cultural fluency to keep diverse partners aligned. Born and trained in Mongolia, educated to doctoral level in the UK, now based in Germany. Three professional systems internalised — and the fluency to coordinate across them.

Project Leader
Initiated, developed, and ran a 60-day creative programme uniting eight artists to explore the UN’s “Leave No One Behind” promise across its five factors — from concept and recruitment through to public exhibition and reporting.
Project Leader & Lead Mentor
Conceived and delivered the “Photomontage is Political” exhibition and participatory workshop in support of a USAID-funded civic-engagement programme — overseeing artists, partners, logistics, and final reporting.
Consultant & Workshop Facilitator
Designed and led two participatory workshops for reindeer herders in Tsagaannuur, in Mongolia’s remote far north, within an international research collaboration — teaching visual storytelling with everyday tools, in close partnership with local communities.

Led project conception, delivery, finance, and final reporting for a photography-education programme serving children from low-income backgrounds — start to finish, on budget.
Director & Chief Curator
Built and ran Mongolia’s first independent, self-funded arts organisation for nine years — setting strategy and establishing the country’s first annual public lecture series, mentoring, and consultancy services.
